#12 Resume functionality

First let met say that your program is great! Especially being able to transfer directly between hosts using sftp and of course the syncing.

The only feature I miss is the possibility to resume transfers like incomplete files. I think there is no need to further describe the feature, would be awesome if you could implement that sometime.
