#13 Launchers (shortcuts) installed incorrectly on debian

Installer puts shortcut menu icons in the wrong places:

* Two Capivara shortcuts put under Applications > Programming

* A separate Capavara group is created as Applications > Capivara. This is unnecessary (no other program creates its own group under Applications)

* Capivara is an internet tool, not a programming one per se and thus should be put under Applications > Internet. That is where other ftp clients are put. Applications > Programming is used for IDEs, bug tracking clients and scripting interfaces, not for internet clients.

* (Unimportant): Uninstall capivara shortcut has no icon.
