CAPIG means Cellular Automaton Pre-Image Generator.
You can use it easily, just filling the informations inside it and pressing "File -> Generate".
You received a .bin file called CAPIG, it is the executable.

To use it, you need 2 dependencies. They are:
1 - libgtkmm-2.4
2 - libglademm-2.4

It was compiled by GCC under Ubuntu 8.10.

But, if you want to compile it by yourself, follow these steps:
1 - Open the console;
2 - Go to this folder;
3 - $ cd src
4 - $ make

Congratulations! Now you can generate as many pre-images as you wish/need ;)

I think that there are some bugs, that i did not find, so
if you have any doubts, or find any bug, please mail me: leonardoaltt at gmail dot com
