Commented out some lines of clips/router.c,
CAPE.prl, and CAPESockets.c, then my cgi-script operates happily.
Isn't it nice if MAKE creates the cape binary for cgi apart from the usual cape binary?
Next, I think cape application can create new Clips-rules to be loaded by itself. I am trying to write a perl module which creates new Clips-rules easier.
Is it interesting if the production memory which grows in a Perl language can be made?
Combination with NLPs related with the Perl language is also interesting....
