#33 wind direction/speed graphs

Add a line graph for both wind speed and direction. The graphs should be able to be easily changeable for time period (e.g., 5 minutes, 15, 30, 60 120, 240, etc. Very helpful to show oscillations and wind shifts, gusts, etc.
