#15 Unsatisfied routine when using Sundials

The Routine CVReInit() is not in the current distribution of Sundials. It is in cvode. We use this routine in the CVode object interface, which supports the sundials and cvode packages. Therefore, this is an error that needs to be fixed.

The remedy for the moment is to tell users not to use sundials. Therefore, this is a high priority item.
