#72 Packaging error

I downloaded the software a few minutes ago and installed, correctly, using an administrator account.

However, it does not run, instead I get this message:
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect

Google suggests missing DLLs., see http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/Vsexpressvc/thread/463f7013-645c-42a8-82b4-d1d4cf349f8e/
I am unfamiliar with Microsoft's compiler products, but I suspect that they include some DLLs you should include in your package. Or something of that kind
