#56 Screen Annotations - no text (Windows 7) with anti alias

When using screen annotations on Windows 7 (tools - Screen annotations) and anti alias is active, there is no default text visible in any of the annotations (default text shows when select to edit as - Right Click to Edit Text). When the text is edited the text dissapears as soon the close button is used.
When the anti alias is turned off the text is visible.

OS Windows 7 SP1 and latest MS patches.
