#40 [CamStudio07122009] can not run multiple instances

I can not seem to start a second instance of the recorder with this version. Nothing happens when I try to run the executable a second time. I've tried running with Administrator priviledges. I'm on Windows Vista Ultimate with SP2 installed. Multiple instances were possible with version 2.5 on the same system. I'm using the latest beta release because I need to record on the secondary monitor (which works great by the way).
