#2 Unknown error 0xC00D002B

The argument -y (do not record sound) does not work. My
system is Microsoft Windows XP SP2 (Windows Media
Encoder 9 installed). I have tried the binary provided
on SF.net and also my own build (from sources) - both
failed.

I run CamIt with the following command:
camit.exe -y
then I select a fragment of the screen and the program
exits with the message:
Unknown error 0xC00D002B

This occurs in the file src/WMFile.cpp in the line
hr = pIWriter_->AllocateSample(8000 /
fmt.getVideoFPS(), &dummySoundBuffer_);
