#9 Clean Up workspace

A "Task Agent" should be introduced for all pipelines
that will remove,i.e., clean, the intermediate and/or
output from an analysis run. It will be great if it
actually transverse the pipeline and clean away all
data in the output ports. However, for the time-being I
will settle for a customized "Cleaner" per pipeline.
