#6 Change "Goto CamBA on the web" on Intro page

sy262 ask that on the "Intro" page, "Goto CamBA on the
web" be replaced with something that makes it clear
that we are going to launch a web browser. The
arguement is that the phrase "on the web" might not be
clear to general users.

I suggest we use "Goto CamBA's Homepage" instead.
