#20 niiactivation2png should flip data

niiactvation2png should flip data in x,y and z axis.

Although technically a separate program that flips the data will do the trick, but in practice it is troublesome to have to flip the base image and the activations before calling niiactivation2png. Asking niiactvation2png to do it is better.
