#15 Check for Pipeline Upgrading

When opening GFX Editor, may be the editor should check whether the pipeline can be upgraded, and if so, call an helper to do the upgrade.

The reason is I have two cases where people use older versions of the pipeline unexpectedly. The current system of creating a new pipeline, then use "Import Data" to import data seems to have failed.

A helper action, possibly defined through Eclipse Extension Mechanism, will assist in this upgrading.
