#8 Too Long Loading

It takes too long to load CamBA (sa446)

It is traced back to the use of AspectJ, in particular
AJEER loading time. There are only very few
inter-plugins that requires runtime weaving.

Potential Solutions:
1)Remove cross-plugin aspects that requires
cross-compilation
2)switch from AJEER to another cross-plugin runtime weaving
