#47 isList attribute of Target Anchor ignored

When processing the pipeline, it appears that the isList attribute in the GFXTargetAnchor is ignored. Rather, the isList attribute of the BasicDataMemento is the one that is being used. The BasicDataMemento's isList attribute is set during the creation of BasicDataMemento, i.e., it will be that of the source anchor.

Normally this is not a problem for correctly formed pipeline as we do expect that if source anchor is a giving list data, the target anchor will be receiving list data as well. That is why the priority for this bug was dropped to lowest
