#21 Remove "Variates" parameter for CGLM Nx2 pipeline

CGLM Nx2 pipeline's "Variate" parameter will always be
"1,2".

The original arguement for keeping "Variates" as it is
in CamBA 1.1.0 is the possibility of degrading Nx2 to
Nx1 pipeline by specifying "1" or "2" in "Variate" and
"No" to "Interaction". On further inspection, it is not
possible to change the analysis type from Nx2 to Nx1
because there is no such option in "Experiment Design"
parameter.
