#3 Amdgpu support

amdgpu or amdgpu-pro doesn't have the files:
libaticalrt.so
libaticalcl.so

required for cal++ to compile.
i found the files in libfglrx, but doesn't work with amdgpu(-pro)

for a radeon rx-480.
