There's a a strange behaviour of the service regarding tempdirs when running as root.
Somehow a tempdir is spawned and so normal user is not able to control root service properly.

Reduced priority level from 2 to 1.
Only happened one time while debugging, not able to reproduce any more (not even by chance).

If anyone encountered this issue, please add a comment with some detail about what was he doing when happened, program version and so on.
