Integration of Lucene, Visualization update & bug fixes

Today I released a new version of Emir including major changes like the integration of Lucene for searching. All the features of Emir are very very beta - a new retrieval tool is already planned, but I've got to find a time slot for implementing this. Perhaps I will do some MPEG-7 retrieval within my PhD - The Role of Metadata in Knowledge Discovery - so I've at at least a reason to work on this. If someone wants to help me: There are numerous things that want to be fixed and implemented!

By the way the recent changes include:
Caliph 0.9.11:
- fixed some bugs (ImageLoader, CatalogSaver)
- turned on spring embedding for default (now making a semantic description is much more fun :)
- fixed the thumbnail quality issues (set quality to 95%)
Emir 0.8.3:
- redesigned the RetrievalEngine architecture
- introduced a RetrievalEngineFactory (experimental)
- created LuceneRetrievalEngine (experimental)
- implemented an index generator (experimental)
- fixed bug with thumbnail searching (Its faster now :)
