#2 Viewing single event in PostNuke 0.702

I just installed the Calendar module v1.6b3 over
a older version of Calendar (v1.4b?) in a PostNuke
0.702 site (originally PHP-Nuke 5.2).

Ugrading went fine, i.e. i was able to preserve the
existing events. However, when I tried to view a
single event, I got an error about trying to refidine
the function "head()" in the file "header.php".

It seems that when viewing a single event, the
Calendar module tried to include "header.php" and
"footer.php" twice.

To fix this, I commented out the lines
include("header.php") and include("footer.php") in
the function Calendar/index.php:viewEvent();
