#8 No support for $prefix!

The main config.php file defines two system variables
which are unfortunately ignored by your code:

# $prefix: Your Database table's prefix
# $user_prefix: Your Users' Database table's prefix (To
share it)

Support for this would be very helpful. I expected to have
to edit Calendar.sql to use my prefix (instead of 'nuke_'),
but I was disappointed to also have to modify all your
code.
