Hello Everyone,

I really want to learn this tool! I think that one way to learn it, is to enhance it. I'm going to add xml file
import/export functionality by using the sourceforge project tinyxml. Does anyone know of any reason not
to? Otherwise I'll go ahead, and when it's done, I hope that maybe it can become the standard for file i/o
in Cal3d.

Regards,

Ron

I'm not aware of the endian-ness issue, but XML I/O would be
a great feature. Have you made any progress?

For those watching at home, tinyXML is here:

The big/little endian issue has been fixed for all known
platforms so that Cal3D can load the exported binary files
    anywhere.

Additionally, support for XML reading/writing using TinyXML
has been added by Maxun, which has other benefits as well.
