I'm new to Cal3D, but I must say: Respect. Very nice,
fast and pretty simple to use library.
But I am missing one feature that might be useful. How
ybout callback functions to outside of Cal3D by drawing
of every bone/submesh. This will help, for example: to
get the transformation matrix of the bone directly
before it will be drawn. So it might be used in vertex
programs or somewhere else.
If I do not find any other possibility to get the
transformed matrix, I will probably write my own. So
let me know if you want a path containing this changes.

exists a patch about add pre-callbacks support in the patch
section. You can download it, i hope Cal3D admins integrat
it in the core.
