How do I configure the userId/Password to be used to authenticate at the gateway?

In order to implement this, the jiplet proxy function must be enhanced to support handling of authentication challenges. Once the jiplet container supports this, a SipExchange admin must be able to specify the gateway user name and password from the SipExchange admin console.
