This may be related to 2949674 in that when it comes time to proxy a request, in this case ACK, the peer dialog from the transactions mapping is null.
This scenario was a manual call using A on x-lite calling MAA group1 whose members are B on PhonerLite and C on isip running on ipod, all registered. The call appears to be fine, B and C ring, C answers, B stops ringing, A and C have voice path - but the ACK from A doesn't get propagated to C.
