(1) No trigger action is recorded in the CDR records. This is good information and must be recorded in the CDR elements.
(2) When an call encounters a trigger during handling of the INVITE and gets a forward call / redirect directive from the SCP, the CALL FORWARD record is not generated in the CDR records. For example, if a user has CFW assigned, the forward record is not generated. However, CFNA works when the called party declines the call or there is no answer. The reason why these work is because these triggers are encountered in the response to the INVITE request.
