#3 blog page

Hi

I use wordpress for my blog.
I have a few pages in my blog. One of them is the blog itself with tags I can add for each entry.
But I would like to have more than one page with the tag options, i'd like to have several pages as blogs.
I explain my problem: for exemple in my page blog i put a certain type of information, in another page of the same blog (ie same URL) I put another type of information, but i want this page to work the same, ie with entries and tags. And i'd like all the tags gathered from all the different pages.

I hope my problem will be understood, if no, i'll try to explain myself better
