#8 Import links from uploaded OPML file

I'm not a blogrolling user so I have no use for the
Blogrolling import. I do however make extensive use of
news Aggregators, specifically NetNewsWire on my Mac
and Sharpreader on my PC. These both produce OPML
files that are easily parsable by the existing code in
Wordpress. Therefore I made modification to
links.import that allow for blogrolling importing OR a
user-uploaded OPML file. I used a NetNewsWire file and
it worked great.

Obviously the preg_match function had to be changed but
the implementation works. I didn't get a chance to try
it out with a Sharpreader OPML file but I assume it
will either work perfectly in the NNW specific match or
it might need a little tweaking.
