It would be cool if there would be an option for not compressing images or compressing with a higher percentage under a certain resolution.

In batch processing I experienced that files with resolutions over 1500px height take 60%compression very well, but that smaller images look bad.

With subfolders in the batch it becomes impossible to do that manually, so I wish Caesium had an option for that.

    Hi,

I'm currently working on improvements on the compression algorithm. I'm planning to add a "smart" compression tool that will set a proper (automatic) compression level based on the specific image being processed. It should solve your problem but I don't have any ETA for it.

Also note that you can set different compression levels manually for each image, even if I can understand it may became tedious with a large number of different files.

    Hi,

yeah I found out that you can set each image manually.
If you could only sort the batch by resolution that would solve my problem, too.

I also found a workaround, where I would hide files under a certain resolution with Explorer so Caesium would not process them and it worked, but it's not very optimal.

I think the sort by resolution would be very helpful or the smart compression.
