Recent changes and additions:
1. Ben Janke completed the JT -> ITRI translator.
2. JT -> STL translator revised.
3. Database/Jupiter compiles with either DMDTk 5.0
or 5.2. It may still compile with DMDTk 4.0,
but I am unable to test that.
