[cadcdev-tiki] ALUT on Mac OS 10.4.7+

I just found this out the hard way: ALUT is deprecated in OpenAL 1.1,  
and Mac OS X 10.4.7 (and the latest XCode update) upgrade the OpenAL  
framework to 1.1, removing ALUT.  This makes all the sound code  
unbuildable and unusable on the latest OS X / XCode :-/
