Feel free to remove the legacy keyboard stuff from the DC's joystick  
driver.  The DC was the first tiki platform that had a non-keyboard  
input device, so I put those in so the legacy Windows/Mac stuff would  
still work.  Since Tiki's got more non-keyboard platforms now, it's  
fine to push handing the joystick events as well as the keyboard  
events onto the app.
