Its a cheap alternative to MSVC... And it works with the VC .NET 2003  
free compiler too!

I have been using it for about a week now on windows (fighting with  
getting Tiki to compile cleanly in it, downloading dependencies,  
etc).  I have it compiled and mostly usable on linux as well, but I  
think it is fubar'd on my linux build.
