[cadcdev-tiki] Linux on the Desktop

Kind of curious if anyone here has any preferences about distributing  
software for Linux.  For DCSquares, offering a source tarball wasn't  
an option, because of the high score code, so I distribute it using  
the Loki installer.  Does anyone have any major likes or dislikes of  
loki_setup?

With TikiBlap, it will be possible to offer a source tarball that  
people can configure / make / make install, but should I also offer a  
loki_setup archive?  Generating deb or tgz packages for the millions  
of flavors of linux is out of the question -- the most I can generate  
here are Ubuntu and Slackware.
