I was digging through the DCSquares source and I found the line to  
enable the enter / exit events:

[self addTrackingRect:[self bounds] owner:self userData:nil  
assumeInside:true];

I've added it to Tiki and it seems to work!  However, the Quit event  
doesn't seem to be handled anymore.. I'm not sure when that got lost.
