I committed fixes for both of these.  Also: the window height you're  
subtracting from the mouse coordinates doesn't seem to take the  
titlebar into consideration, so the cursor is still slightly too low  
when compared to the OS X cursor, but when the OS X cursor is hidden  
you shouldn't really notice it.
