CADBURE stands for Comparing Alignment results of user Data Based on the relative reliability of Uniquely aligned REads. CADBURE is a novel approach for evaluating spliced aligner performance on your data. CADBURE can be used to compare alignment results obtained from different spliced aligners with comparable or different parameters. In either case it will allow users to decide on the choice of spliced aligner to use for their data set.
