#32 Filter HTML from cache description or warn for too long desc

There seems to be a limit to the length of a note on my iPod Video 30 GB. This can lead to the situation a multi cache description is cut short and you can't complete it. Many multi caches use HTML in the description, this can be stripped to allow for more usable text in the description. If the description is still too long you should get a warning so you won't be surprised when in the field.
