#84 enable / disable GPS

Some PDA devices have problems to reactivate the GPS device after waking up from standby. The solution is very simple, just turn the GPS off, and again on.
This funktion is aviable over the misc settings. It would be more comfortable to set this function over the graphic for GPS strength left from the battery symbol, simply by touching the symbol the GPS could be enabled or disabled. (The same funktionallity is implemented in GCZII). The advantage of this solution would be, that this funktion is aviable on ervery screen of the Program.

I fully support this request.
Disabling the GPS really increases battery life!

an Option would also be to have the GPS only enabled when in one of the NAV views and when track record is activated.
