#78 Funcion for activating a third-party program

It would be helpful to have a funcionalitiy fot activating a third-party-program.
Perhaps we can add up to X rows in the cachebox.config like ThirdPartyProgram1(2/3)=.....
Cachebox can run these programs aut of a list in "Misc" and hides itsself to display the program.
