#104 Filtering on distance from a specific cache or coordinate

I just recently discovered cachebox and I like it a lot. What I'm missing at the moment is the ability to filter the caches in the database
based on a distance from a cache or coordinate. I would like to be able to limit the caches exported to .gpx so it becomes possible to
export a subset for import into a garmin unit.

Filtering on area like state/province/city would also be great
