#47 Better error handling with bluetooth

When using Cachebox with external (BT) GPS, cachebox freezes (gets stalled) when the BT connection is lost.
Please improve error handling in this point, a simple stop of the gps driver would be sufficient, so that you can restart the GPS more easily.
