#23 questions marks instead of commands from Fetch with commandline from KA

Hey slajerek,
there are times i get questions marks instead of commands.
using the same break on Winvice 3.0 giving me the exact command break . i think this happen on the times i am fetching prg using KA with Command line . when i dump the same prg , there is no problem and it display correctly without questions marks. strange... i try to follow when it happen and send you the source if you want.

I think I fixed this by automatically clearing markers on PRG load, will be in next version. Please confirm.
