#1 CPU flags aren't displayed corretcly in "step" mode...

Using this simple code:
1000 SEI
1001 LDA #$00
1003 EOR #$FF
1005 CLI
1006 RTS
and setting a BP at 1001, if you proceed step by step until 1005, you can see that the "N" flag still zero, but it should be "1".

Thanks for spotting this. I'll check this together with upgrade to VICE 2.4.28 as this is related to emulation engine anyway.

This is fixed with v0.60 release and Vice 3.1 upgrade. Thanks again for reporting!
