#9 How to dump traffic with 206 enabled?

Hello! I'm trying to write traffic dumper for ICAP. I studied the ex206 and echo examples, but enabling 206 features makes service broken.
What I'm trying to do:

1. ICAP server recieves request.
2. It starts dumping all data to file, answering "206, use-original-data=0", so that neither Squid nor C-ICAP make any changes, but C-ICAP doesn't need to send the same requests/responses back, only short "206. Ok, don't change it, send me more" messages.
3. Squid keeps sending data which is grabbed and dumped by C-ICAP.

Could you please provide a simple example how to do that with ex206 enabled?
