I'm trying to validate our McAfee Web Gateway using the c-icap-client. When I run a request, I'm getting a 418 Bad Composition error. The McAfee support guy says that this error message is related to a lack of a host header. I'm not familiar enough to know what valid options for a host header are.

I presume I should be using the -hx option...?
