#111 C-ICAP logs ownership

Hi!

I am wondering why c-icaps log files become owned by root:root:
/var/log/c-icap# ls -l
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 14149 Oct 2 16:30 access.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 283 Oct 2 15:00 server.log

...instead of as configured:
User c-icap
Group c-icap

Are not the log files supposed to be owned by the user/group indicated in the configuration?

Can anyone tell me why this can happen?
