#101 Can't open audiostream via http playlist (.pls)

Hi,

when trying to open an audiostream c-icap fails with the message:

Mon Nov 13 19:20:40 2017, 24719/1874950400, Bug in the service. Please report to the service author!!!!

So, I'm repoting it as requested ;)

The mentioned stream is http://listen.technobase.fm/tunein-aacplus-pls

We use c-icap 1.3 on opensense
