I would like to create your project as a stationary measurement at home, I would like to send data to the MQTT server and then be able to implement it in HomeAssistant or Domoticz.

I had a MQTT version availble at Instructables https://www.instructables.com/id/IoT-Geiger-Muller-Counter-Using-MQTT-Protocol/ but that is now un-published.
The best is to use the CGM device and Domoticz using the JSON output data.
